Family Referrals

Clergy, health professionals, social workers and therapists are encouraged to refer a low-resource individual or family to Family Partnership that is willing to work with a mentor as an equal partner to build a better life. Individuals with substance abuse issues that aren't in a recovery program and those with an untreated mental health illness cannot be accepted in to the program. Referrals can be made by contacting the program director.
